3. Late Cancellations (24–72 hrs): Up to 50% may be retained.
4. No-Shows / < 24 hrs: No refund. 100% charge applies.
5. Peak Seasons: Stricter rules may apply; details provided during booking.
6. Refunds: Processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Bookings: Clearly marked at time of booking.
8. To Cancel or Modify: Email or use our portal. Changes are valid only after written confirmation from us.
